In this role you will: 

  • Evaluate our current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements 
  • Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners 
  • Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks 
  • Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients 

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Have demonstrated experience implementing cost management work processes for large scale construction projects 
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project Coding structures 
  • Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating 
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline 

Salary range for this position is between $95,000 USD and $105,000 USD, but actual salary offered will be dependent upon education, skills, and experience.
