We are seeking a Patient Scheduling Lead to:

* Assist and act as a liaison for the Manager in patient scheduling issues, training, education, communication and problem solving
* Perform basic to complex scheduling duties
* Provide excellent customer service to patients and family members

Education:

Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field

Work Experience:

Minimum - Twelve months of experience in patient scheduling or equivalent experience working in a medical office environment.
