Some things you can expect to do:

* Assist and grow regional field teams with use of Ryan's scheduling standard practices.
* Periodically assist project teams during the project proposal stage by creating and/or reviewing schedules
* Facilitate collaborative preconstruction planning sessions with Ryan project teams, subcontractors, designers, and stakeholders
* Work cooperatively with Data Analytics team to track and monitor schedule health across operations
* Display leadership qualities by setting a good example of behavior
* Act as a resource to project construction teams
* Work in collaboration with Developers, Designers, Pre-Construction, Project Managers and Field Managers
* Travel for projects as needed throughout the year (up to 50%)

You will really stand out if you have:

* A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
* Advanced knowledge of scheduling and planning systems, and are fluent with MS Project and are familiar with Primavera (P6) or 4D scheduling software
* An understanding of field operations and building construction techniques
* Ability to work cooperatively with others and have excellent oral and communication skills in individual and group settings
* A positive attitude
