ECS is seeking a Sr Billing Specialist to work in our Fairfax, VA office / remote.

Job Description:

ECS is looking for a government contract billing professional. Excellent opportunity to grow and develop in an expanding organization. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Prepare invoices of various types (FFP, T&M, CPxx) to include retro rate adjustments
* Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
* Billing setup to include ceilings and overrides
* Analyze monthly unbilled receivables, research and resolve issues
* Project reconciliation, i.e. reconcile invoice to PSR revenue
* Track ACRN funding
* Communicate with internal and external customers to identify and resolve billing and payment discrepancies

Required Skills:

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Excel competent, i.e. ability to create basic pivot tables
* Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* 4+ years experience in government contract billing
* Deltek Costpoint - Billing and Projects Module

Salary Range: $70K - $85K
