The primary role includes:

* Review and assist with creating project accounts in the accounting system.
* Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders.
* Ensure consistent billing and financial reporting at project levels by following established best practices, including preparing and submitting monthly AIA billing.
* Review and track project budgets; investigate project variances and submit variance reports to management.
* Effectively communicate with APM and PM's to determine monthly billing information updates.
* Prepare and revise elaborate client invoices; support effective client relationships and submit project invoices.
* Support analysis and report assigned projects' financial information.
* Work with Field Management on cost projections and expense tracking.
* Recommend and implement agreed process improvements to the billing cycle.
* Prepare special project analyses as needed.

Qualifications:

* HS or equivalent + experience in accounting. Associates/some college with a concentration in accounting.
* Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including accounting software.
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
* Strong organizational skills
* Deadline and detail-oriented

* Reaching, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
* Required to sit at a workstation/computer for extended periods and keyboard for large portions of the day and perform repetitive motion tasks.
* This role is performed in an office environment. The noise level in this setting is usually quiet to moderate (i.e., a business office with computers, phones, and printers, etc.).
