What you'll do:
+ Follow the instructions of the BCBA/program supervisor
+ Provide behavior assistance/interventions to assigned clients
+ Provide behavior support services
+ Provide crisis intervention
+ Implement behavior plans
+ Document sessions per policies and procedures
+ Perform other duties as assigned/necessary
You'll Be Supported by
+ A team of BCBA's and RBT supervisors
+ Scheduled meet-and-greet with families after admission to ensure the best fit.
+ A close knit environment focused on learning and developing your skills in ABA.
Qualifications
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
+ High School diploma or equivalent required
+ Passionate about working with children
+ Playful, friendly, sociable, and quick on your feet
+ Available at least 25 hours per week
+ RBT Certified
*Preferred Qualifications* one of the following educational requirements:
+ Currently enrolled in college
+ Completed at least 2 years of college (current enrollment not required)
+ Bachelor's Degree
