Demonstrates behavior, autonomy and decision making consistent with the values and ethical guidelines of the hospital as well as the professional code of ethics. Performs under minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited undergraduate program of Social Work.
* Texas Baccalaureate Social Worker License - Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners upon hire. Or
* New Mexico Baccalaureate Social Worker License - New Mexico Board of Social Work Examiners upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Training within the medical venue with social services.
* Completion of 400 hour practicum in undergraduate program within a medical venue.
* Experience in a hospital or health care setting.
