OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:

Administrative Support Personnel are responsible for phone support, clerical and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of various functions. Tasks will be related to organization and communication and must be conducted in a manner that is consistent with the company values and operating philosophy.

This is a temporary position expected to last 12 - 18 weeks

Hours: Monday-Friday 10am - 3pm (flexible if needed)

ACCOUNTABILITIES :
  • Answering the telephone, directing and/or screening calls, taking, and relaying messages. Ensures all customers are taken care of promptly and in a sincere manner.
  • Ensuring the mailroom is equipped with required office supplies.
  • Process all mail that requires postage and deliver to the Post Office as needed.
  • Help organize company programs and events.
  • All other administrative or general office support related to duties as assigned.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications and Required Experience) :
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional business environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Have the ability to learn new software programs.
  • Reliable, self-starter with strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to consistently produce high volume, high quality work in an expedient and efficient manner.

Salary Description

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
