Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership

* Lead end-to-end management of AI and automation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
* Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Hands-On Contribution

* Actively participate in the development and implementation of AI and automation solutions.
* Collaborate with the technical team to design, test, and deploy applications.
* Facilitate weekly stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Continuously improve team processes to enhance productivity and quality.

Stakeholder Communication

* Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication.
* Prepare and present regular progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent and proactive communication.

Risk Management

* Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Monitor project progress and adjust plans to address challenges and changes as they arise.

Documentation and Reporting

* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
* Track and report on project metrics, milestones, and deliverables.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

* Proven experience in project management, particularly in AI and automation projects.
* Hands-on technical experience in AI, machine learning, or automation tools and processes.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven attitude.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
