What you'll be doing:

* Compose routine correspondence for customers and dealers. Perform mail mergers, manage incoming mail by receiving, sorting, and distributing it daily.
* Collaborate with the management team to create departmental reports. Investigate and follow up on unidentified checks, coordinating with dealers, customers, financial institutions, and servicers.
* Facilitate documentation for internal and external audit requests.
* Handle incoming calls, providing basic information to customers as needed, and manage department voicemails by forwarding messages to the relevant departments.
* Collect documents from dealers and dispatch correspondence. Upload customer documents into appropriate systems.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations governing customer communication.
* Provide support to Recovery, Repossession & Remarketing Administrators.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to be successful:

* Associates degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
* Four years of Customer Service experience
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications ex. Word, Excel.
* Data entry experience with an emphasis on accuracy
* High degree of attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties based on a deadline, in a fast-paced environment.
