Pines BMW is currently looking for a Lease Return Specialist to join their Pre-Owned Sales team

What will you do?

Our Lease Return Specialist is responsible for using a consultative, customer-focused approach to assist customers with their lease return process performing the following duties:

* Greets customer on the sales floor
* Explain lease return process to customer to ensure that all components are clear and understood
* Visually inspect inventory and maintain knowledge of current inventory
* Completes all paperwork and arranges for return of vehicle
* Assist Pre-Owned Sales Manager with customer problems
* Attends/completes required training and department meetings

What are we looking for?

* Must be driven to achieve goals and career success
* Demonstrate hard work ethic and high energy
* Exhibit excellent customer service skills
* Proven ability to prospect and sell in a team oriented environment
* High School Diploma, some College preferred
* One year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Current, valid driver s license REQUIRED
* Professional appearance
* Ability to work retail hours of dealership
* Computer proficient

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $19.97 - $26.97 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
