At FSR, our therapists have the opportunity to practice across the lifespan, providing a wide arrange of clinical services including group, couple's, family and individual therapy in an outpatient setting.
Our ideal candidate has an enthusiastic desire to be a team member on our state certified comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy Intensive Outpatient Program (DBT IOP) providing DBT services that strongly adhere to the fidelity of the model as well as a strong foundation in trauma-informed practice and experience working with diverse populations.
Applicants must have completed or are on track for LICSW, LPCC or LMFT licensure in the State of Minnesota.

FSR offers a competitive compensation program and full benefits including free health insurance. Continuing education and professional development opportunities, Public Service Loan Forgiveness, EAP resources including 8 free counseling sessions Flexible scheduling, 4 ½ weeks of PTO to start and 11 ½ paid holidays per year. LICSW, LPCC and LMFT licensure supervision is provided to our therapists at no cost and is part of their regularly scheduled work week. We offer a culture of learning, listening and growth where employees regularly meet with senior leadership to provide ideas and feedback.
