You will be responsible for extending world-class hospitality and ensuring each guest has a memorable experience to develop a loyal customer base. You will directly impact whether we become our guest's favorite place to service their vehicle.

What Winning Looks Like:
  • Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
  • Interact daily with customers, Service Advisors, other Technicians, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Sales Associates, and Managers
  • Greet customers promptly
  • Meet with customers and review services owed from point of purchase of their vehicle
  • Increase customer satisfaction by building relationships
  • Maintain the company's standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and employee and community relations
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
  • Increase profitability by maximizing sales and executing retail promotions
  • Oversee the technician working on customer vehicles including their time management/efficiency, ordering of parts, and job completion times
  • Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures as appropriate
  • Explain all work completed to customers

Skills Needed to Win:
  • Minimum 1-year automotive service advisor experience
  • Previous luxury brand experience strongly preferred
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus
  • Effective time management and a strong desire to succeed
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control
  • Possess a valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable driving record

Job Essential Functions:
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time throughout the day.
  • Ability to operate a vehicle safely and comfortably throughout the day.

Salary Description

$25/hour-$35/hour
