**Required qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent educ/experience

+ Meet CLIA requirements for a General Supervisor.

+ Sufficient clinical laboratory experience to perform accurately and precisely the assigned work.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ 1 year Work experience in a clinical laboratory, preferably a hospital setting.

+ 4 years In a clinical laboratory following licensure or certification.
