  • Pay range: $28 - 30 hourly
  • Shift Hours: Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and expense reports for C-level executives
- Respectfully screen calls, handle correspondence, and compose clear, well-written reports
- Maintain confidential personnel records, files, and databases with utmost discretion
- Assist leadership with special projects as their calendar allows
- Professionally manage day-to-day operations of the executive offices

Skills Required:
- Experience working as a Executive Assistant in a distribution center or similar environment demonstrating adaptability
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication delivered with polite professionalism
- Ability to efficiently multi-task and prioritize workload
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
