Make a difference as a Member Services Lead
The Member Services Lead at SkyOne Federal Credit Union is a pivotal figure dedicated to delivering exceptional leadership and fostering a high-performing team focused on member satisfaction. In this vital role, you will motivate and train staff to ensure they can identify and meet the unique needs of our members effectively, recommending tailored Credit Union products and services. Key responsibilities include processing transactions, opening new accounts, and supporting loan applications while actively cross-selling appropriate products. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in business development by soliciting new memberships, attending SEG visits, and performing outbound sales calls. By coaching to the SkyOne Service and Sales Model, you will help maintain adherence to policies and ensure that both individual and team performance goals are consistently met, ultimately creating a seamless and rewarding experience for our members.

To excel as a Member Services Lead at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, a range of essential skills and attributes is vital. Strong leadership and motivational abilities are critical to driving team performance while fostering a positive work environment that champions open communication and embraces change. Proficiency in various software and tools is required to effectively execute the Service and Sales Model and deliver tailored financial solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Credit Union products and services will enable you to assess member needs accurately and make suitable recommendations. Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with other departments, conducting team meetings, and ensuring seamless service delivery. Furthermore, attention to detail is indispensable when handling transactions, processing applications, and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.
You will also need to develop coaching strategies to cultivate a high-performing team, empowering them to meet and exceed their sales and service goals. Adaptability, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement will ensure success in this dynamic role.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum one years' experience in a financial institution and one years' sales experience.
* One year of Leadership experience supervising and/or developing a team.
* Effective coaching and mentoring skills.
* Windows, Word, Excel and Internet proficiency
* Strong cross-selling skills
* Excellent member service and telephone communication skills
* Strong knowledge and understanding of financial products and services
* Proficient in 10-key and typing skills
* Windows, Word, Excel, and Internet proficiency
