What you will do:

* Provide operational, customer service and administrative support for the Imaging PBD Department.
* Be responsible for daily processing of work associated with the department. This may include scanning, sorting mail, , working within Docupace, depositing and blottering checks, working within Salesforce
* Perform research and interpret contents of company and customer documents.
* Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers via email, Instant Messaging, and various work queues
* Perform research as requested on customer accounts.
* Other duties as assigned

What you need to have:

* Specific Knowledge of Financial Services Industry and operational process
* Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team
* Attention to detail is a must
* Organizational skills is a must
* Ability to multi-task is a must
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of related experience in a corporate environment
