**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, standard core hours

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a **highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant 3** to support a dynamic team working on cutting-edge technology, including projects with the U.S. Military. This high-profile role involves managing schedules, coordinating events, handling administrative budgets, and providing operational support to ensure the team's success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Calendar Management:** Manage and coordinate the schedules of up to two managers, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
+ **Team Support:**
+ Oversee administrative tasks for a team of 100 engineers, product managers, and art and design professionals.
+ Plan morale events, manage catering orders, and facilitate hardware refresh processes.
+ Manage team aliases and assist with headcount planning and budget tracking.
+ **Event Coordination:** Handle logistics for meetings, events, and demos.
+ **Budget Management:** Review and manage administrative budgets for events, travel, morale, and training.
+ **Special Projects:** Execute special projects as assigned, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
**Candidate Profile:**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ **Experience:**
+ Minimum **2+ years** of experience in administrative, business support, or customer service roles with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events and travel management.
+ **1+ year(s)** of experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets.
+ Proficient in using **Microsoft Office Suite** tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
+ Strong calendar management experience (minimum **3 years** ).
+ **Security Requirements:**
+ Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements. This includes passing the **Microsoft Cloud Background Check** upon hire and every two years thereafter.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Previous military experience or a background in high-profile environments is a plus.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
