Key responsibilities for this role include:

* Assign Company owned or operated aircraft to meet the travel requirements of Senior Management.


* Schedule both domestic and international flights and associated ground transportation. Coordinate passenger itineraries and schedules, identify suitable airports, and select the appropriate aircraft and crews for trips.


* May need to arrange or assist with the arrangement of Board of Directors or company guest travel needs. Both private and commercial.


* Contributes to the delivery of the Flight Services goals through personal efforts.


* Provide phone coverage on a rotating basis with other Scheduling personnel.


* Assist with various business functions such as expense reporting, crew Visa and Passport oversight, trip expense reconciliation and legal contract submission.


* Accountable for an advanced-level of understanding of FAA and industry guidelines.


* Must be available to the Company Executives and/or their Administrative Assistants by office or cell phone 24/7/365.


* Perform other duties as assigned



The minimum qualifications for this role are:

* High school diploma, GED, higher secondary (or equivalent) required.


* Must have a strong work ethic and be able to handle a high volume of sensitive information, be detail oriented and work independently and collaboratively. Must be effective and comfortable working in direct communication with company Senior Leadership.


* Must possess the ability to use computer/web-based scheduling programs (Outlook, Concur, LCM), the Internet, e-mail, and communicate with service providers at major domestic and foreign airports per the Company Flight Operations Manual.


* Must possess advanced administrative skills, excellent organization, interpersonal and time management skills, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.


* Must have discretion to handle confidential and time sensitive information in a highly dynamic environment.


* Must possess the ability to determine world time zones and use the 24 hour clock and to effectively communicate information to customers, crew members, and managers.


* Ability to solve problems with a variety of concrete variables through semi-standardized processes that require ingenuity and analysis. Ability to draw inferences and follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve moderately complex problems.


* Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
