Job Summary

Performs timekeeping duties and provides attendance related reports to stakeholders. Confidentially communicates and provides instructions for items such as timecard attestation, paid time off requests, and scheduled missed punches to Associates. This position will enter and maintain schedules and execute any exceptions needed in readiness for Payroll.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

* Performs duties consistent with overall administration of timekeeping data auditing and validation in readiness for payroll processing and projects.
* Serves as the primary contact for new hire training and existing Associate assistance on Time and Attendance and Human Resource Information systems, including, but not limited to:
* Providing login instructions and assistance.
* Associate Clocking and Timecard Attestation.
* Demographic or payroll related change requests.
* Time away from work (TAFW) requests.
* Accrual balances viewing.
* Task management administration including but not limited to managing Dayforce push notifications or other Dayforce administration tasks.


* Reviews Manufacturing Division attendance violation reports, verifies accuracy or attendance points, and supports Supervisor and Human Resources team member questions.
* Reviews I-9 Weekly Audit Reports and proactively reaches out and tracks Associates with expiring documents.
* Responds timely and accurately to time and attendance inquiries following department confidentiality policies.
* Processes past and current employment verifications that have been properly authorized by the Associate in accordance with department policy.
* Administers Manufacturing shift "call off's" and scheduled Time Off requests ensuring proper Time and Attendance System entries and supervisor notifications occur.
* Performs HRIS system audits to ensure accuracy of Associate work demographic information including, but not limited to, location, department and Supervisor.
* Monitors Time & Attendance system to identify Associates that have completed the attestation process for hours worked and/or provided proper approvals. Provides
* reports to the appropriate Associate management team and payroll management as needed.
* Maintains all documentation for time and attendance audit purposes.
* Assists Payroll Department in process hiring and seasonal conversion tasks.
* Provides assistance for Payroll Department projects and other Human Resources initiatives as necessary.

WHAT IS REQUIRED:

* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Advanced Excel skills including data sorting, formulas such as VLookups and IF/And statements, and preparing data in meaningful charts and reports.
* Experience with building and executing reports from integrated Information Systems and Databases.
* Ability to work under strict guidelines, competing priorities and time sensitive requests.
* Ability to discuss sensitive matters with Associates in a respectful and empathetic manner.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality while working with and receiving sensitive data.
* Ability to meet conflicting employment guidelines.
* Ability to travel to Manufacturing facility locations as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Payroll, accounting, financial or relevant work experience.
* Knowledge of Time and Attendance and Human Resource Information systems.
* Spanish fluency.
