Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist to support the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Risk organization. This role will report to the Strategy Planning & Governance Lead and will provide executive administrative support for several senior leaders within WIM Risk. In this role, the Associate Executive Specialist will support senior level executives in their meeting planning, coordination, and will interact with other senior leaders and their support teams. Additionally, the role will provide travel planning, expense report processing, and other regular administrative support. This role will require strong communication and organization skill and an ability to handle multiple concurrent high priority and urgent tasks.

In this role, you will:

* Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables, and pulling routine reports


* Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions


* Assist with budget planning and compile data for financial planning and tracking


* Function as information source on group and company policies and workplace tools and resources


* Receive direction from supervisor and supported leaders and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function


* Prioritize competing administrative support priorities effectively across multiple senior leaders and effectively communicate status of assigned work to maintain clear transparency to completed and pending assignments


* Assist with onboarding of new employees in the team including equipment and system access requests in coordination with Corporate Risk central onboarding team.


* Support updates to team calendars, documents, and other information, including those posted on team sites in MS Teams or SharePoint, including support for record retention and access management for team documents and sites.


* Manage proxy access for leaders in various internal sites and applications, as necessary


* Support planning for team events, including coordination with additional WIM Business and WIM Risk teams and their support staff, as well as central teams in Corporate Risk and across the Enterprise.


* Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals


* Manage all personnel and confidential company materials and information with sensitivity and discretion



Required Qualifications:

* 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education



Desired Qualifications:

* Experience supporting senior level leaders/executives


* A BS/BA degree or higher in business or management


* Knowledge and understanding of maintaining and updating SharePoint team web content


* Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams) skills


* Experience reviewing and preparing expense reports for leaders


* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills


* Ability to organize and present analysis in a holistic manner for management decisions


* Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills


* Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills


* Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
