NOW HIRING Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team at a Nursing & Rehabilitation Center located in Commack, NY

**Entry level graduates are encouraged to apply Training is provided**

Job Description:

+ Engages in patient care within the legal boundaries of practical nursing, under the guidance of a registered nurse

+ Contributes to the creation and execution of care plans for geriatric patients, supervised by an RN

+ Provides patient care as directed by an RN, adhering to departmental protocols

+ Monitors, documents, and communicates patient information in line with departmental policies

+ Administers medications and performs nursing tasks according to departmental guidelines

Current Shifts Available:

+ Day Shift (7:00am - 3:15pm)

+ Evening Shift (3:00pm - 11:15pm)

Qualifications & Experience:

+ Open to both experienced and entry level candidates

+ NYS LPN license *Required*

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.41 - $35.65
