Associate, Operations:

What this job involves: The Associate will work with our national Capital Markets operations Team. This multi-faceted role requires someone who has strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, creativity, strong project management skills, and pays close attention to detail. The candidate must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while being a collaborative team player who has a can-do mindset. This individual will be a key contributor and provide operational, design and events support.

What your day-to-day will look like:

* Provide support for national advertisements; work with leaders on content, handle the design, and work through final approval and ad submission.
* Support tracking and sanitizing transaction details submitted to industry organizations.
* Work with all levels of leadership to create and/or update marketing collateral for the Capital Markets business including brochures, qualifications decks, maps, etc. Assist on quarterly presentation and collateral updates, as needed.
* Create social media tiles, as needed.
* Submit Event Request Forms for national events.
* Event shipment management and event supply inventory management.
* Track ancillary expenses for all national events.
* Plan and execute certain Capital Markets events such as national client meetings and dinners at industry conferences. Secure venue, create invitation, track RSVPs, and regularly communicate with leadership ahead of the event.
* Travel to designated national events to oversee meeting logistics and provide on-site support to JLL attendees.
* Collaborate with the Capital Markets Events Team on larger national conference participation including working within our client meeting space, organizing attendee registrations, and managing F&B within the space.
* Update internal conference call calendars quarterly.
* Manage daily operational updates, including distribution lists, email signature blocks, and team bios and headshots.
* Track personnel reporting on a weekly basis; communicate internally as needed and make updates to JLL software systems.
* Process invoices and track related expenses.
* Manage updates to internal JLL website.
* Collaborate with local Capital Markets office managers relative to local business journal listings.
* Oversee business card approvals and changes to ensure compliance.
* Manage transaction leads received from JLL Qualified Leads team.
* Perform additional job duties, as requested.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

* Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Skilled in Adobe Creative products (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
* Technologically savvy and a quick learner.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree.
* 3 - 5 years of related experience, real estate experience a plus.
* Previous work in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction.
* Understanding of and commitment to client service.
* Ability to think logically, acknowledge problems and seek solutions.
* Comfortable with taking charge and dealing with ambiguity to achieve successful outcomes.
* Willing to help other team members and work with different personalities.
* Some travel will be necessary.
