Performs administrative and office support activities for BSI department and assists with overflow work within department. This position is responsible for the daily operations of the department and working knowledge of; e-file management/hard copy filing, assisting with; data entry, preparing and formatting reports, creating /editing spreadsheets, invoicing, and contract preparations. The Biomed Support must be able to function effectively in stressful situations and flexibility in daily prioritizing of tasks. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.


Education and Work Experience

  1. High school diploma/ or combination of education and experience.
  2. Must exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  3. Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  4. Strong computer skills (MS Office).
  5. Proficiency in MS Suite a plus.
  6. Valid driver's license required.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $21.00 to $22.40. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
