Project Management Intern, Spanish Required

Position Summary:
The Project Management Intern will be a vital member of the operations staff supporting the Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) and US Region. The Intern will be supporting the financial, onboarding, and operational work for projects in the portfolio and with supervision of the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager will ensure the seamless execution of all projects. The Internship will last approximately three months, with the possibility for extension based on performance and the business needs of the team. Internships allow for a maximum commitment of 35 hours per week with a flexible schedule. This is a paid position and we anticipate the candidate starting soonest after presenting an offer. The selected candidate must be based from the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan (DMV) area throughout the duration of the internship. This role can come in person at our Courthouse Office, but otherwise can be remote out of their resident in the DMV.
Responsibilities:
* Generate contracts and amendments for staff and consultants.
* Maintain personnel database and create Labor Actions.
* Translate and format Scopes of Work and CVs.
* Review expense reports and accounting backup vouchers.
* Audit administrative files.
* Coordinate with Project Management Team on Microsoft Teams and Outlook and through regular meetings.
* Provide ad hoc support with administrative actions related to hiring, accounting, contractual, and financial management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Minimum one year of relevant office experience required.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
* Organizational skills preferred.
* Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal, required.

Pay Transparency Statement:
The compensation for our internship program is $17.50 per hour.
