Nous cherchons pour notre siège, au sein de la Direction Immobilier du Groupe, UN/E RESPONSABLE D'EQUIPE DE MAINTENANCE BATIMENTS TCE (H/F).

Rattaché au Directeur Projets Maintenance, vous êtes garant du bon état général des immeubles du périmètre dont vous êtes responsable (Lyon et les alentours).

Votre mission:

* Connaître les sites, avec leurs caractéristiques techniques, savoir les auditer afin de déterminer les futurs travaux à prévoir
* Anticiper les travaux de maintenance préventive, avec, en lien avec ce qui précède, la nécessité de faire un prévisionnel de dépenses sur les 5 ans à venir
* Prendre en charge les travaux de maintenance curative (dépannage, remise en état urgent).
* Gérer les dossiers sinistres
* Réaliser les travaux validés dans le cadre de la maintenance préventive
* Réaliser des travaux de rénovation et/ou d'aménagement, en lien avec les équipes opérationnelles et le service immobilier
* Participer à des réflexions techniques (veille technologique, arbitrage technique) sur des sujets transverses.
* Encadrer une équipe de 4 collaborateursVous avez validé un BAC+3 / +5 Technique / Bâtiment/ génie civil complété d'une expérience dans ce domaine avec le management d'une équipe de techniciens / agents.

Vous êtes organisé, savez gérer les demandes et possédez un réel service clients.

Une expérience de maintenance dans un secteur tertiaire (hôtellerie, bureaux, hôpitaux) serait un vrai plus.
