Who We Need
We are urgently hiring Behavioral Health Technicians to provide essential care to individuals with sub-acute complex needs. As a key part of our team, you'll be instrumental in helping individuals maintain psychiatric stability in various settings, including Community Living and Residential Services. You'll facilitate psychoeducational groups, assist with medication observation, and handle crisis situations with professionalism and compassion.

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, you'll need:
  • A High School diploma/GED with 2-3 years of relevant experience, OR
  • An Associate's degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience, OR
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field with 1 year of relevant experience.
  • A valid Arizona Driver's License and the ability to pass a motor vehicle screen for insurance purposes.
  • Experience working with multi-cultural and low socio-economic individuals.
  • A Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or eligibility to obtain one within 8 weeks of hire.

Job Summary:
As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of individuals served, fostering a positive and supportive environment, and assisting with daily living skills like housekeeping, personal hygiene, budgeting, and more. You'll play a pivotal role in engaging individuals in meaningful activities to help them achieve their treatment goals.
