We are hiring professional Call Center Representatives to work an onsite government contracted job. The right candidate will have previous call center experience and excellent communication skills. Must be available to work on weekends, and have flexibility with schedule. This is an onsite opportunity located in Miramar, FL 33027. Please if interested Schedule: Must be available to work anytime between 7am - 10pm. Must be available on weekend
salary: $19.3 - $19.35 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities
+ Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
+ Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and issues
+ Accurately enter customer information and details into the database
+ Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in communication
+ Handle a high volume of calls efficiently while maintaining quality standards
