Qualifications:

* HS graduate (associate degree or technical school certificate in HVAC preferred)
* 3 years+ install experience
* 3 to 5 years of service experience (residential and light commercial) HVAC system troubleshooting/repair
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.


* High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.


* Valid driver's license and insurable driving record


* Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.



Primary Job Functions:

* Build strong customer relationships, build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.
* Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment.
* Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
* Maintaining a clean job site - pick up tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards.
* Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
