About the Role

Under the direction of the Nurse Manager/Designee your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

* Assisting residents with daily living functions such as feeding, bathing, dressing and supportive daily care in accordance with the resident care plan.
* Assisting in medication administration
* Work in conjunction with community support staff to adapt activities to resident's conditions and cognitive abilities
* Provide regular and timely feedback with other members of the community, the residents and support staff
* Assist in the review and revision of residents' care plans and profiles

About You

You must have:

* High School Diploma/GED
* Previous experience working in assisted living or with the geriatric population
* Med pass experience preferred
* CPR certified preferred
