Position Overview:

This position will be within RTR's FP&A team which has been instrumental in putting the company on a path to profitability and the successful candidate will be responsible for core parts of RTR's business - Inventory, Labor, Transportation & Fulfillment. The position will be highly cross-functional, ensuring alignment across our revenue, inventory, and fashion teams. Similarly on the cost side, it will be highly cross-functional across RTR's supply chain. This position plays a vital role in achieving our strategic goals, will have direct interaction with the C-suite and as such the incumbent should have an entrepreneurial drive, be able to interact with a variety of people, develop and maintain complex models, demonstrate flexibility, and meet rapid deadlines.

Responsibilities:

* Partnering with the Inventory Planning and Fashion teams to track, project, and optimize inventory.
* Partnering with the Supply Chain teams to track, project and optimize labor, transportation and fulfillment.
* Performing strategic analysis and modeling to help inform the above teams in key business decisions.
* Building financial models that will enable senior leadership to make effective decisions about the company's cost base and revenue projections, including determining annual budgets.
* Presenting, analyzing, and interpreting relevant financial data to senior leadership - partnering closely with key leaders to impact strategic business decisions.
* Owning budgeting process including annual review and analysis, assigning department specific budgets, and tracking monthly/quarterly actuals vs. budget.
* Analyzing competitor performance and market trends.
* Establishing and reporting key operating metrics used to drive the business to greater efficiency.
* Preparing and delivering daily, weekly and monthly management reports to key constituents.
* Functioning effectively in an especially fast-paced start-up operating environment, managing time effectively to address high priority items in a timely manner.
* Assisting in preparation of materials for Board of Director meetings.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
* 3+ years of finance and strategic analysis experience in banking or an operational role.
* Experience with detailed cost, labor, inventory or transportation data & model building preferred.
* Proficient in financial analysis and model building.
* Entrepreneurial drive, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $98,800 to $123,500. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held. This position is also eligible for equity compensation.
