Consultant Engineering, Inc. (CEI) is an Arizona owned and operated professional engineering firm headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona with additional offices in Tucson and Gilbert, Arizona. As one of the Southwest's largest construction management firms, CEI provides services for Central Federal Lands Highway Division, professional right of way (appraisals, acquisition and relocation services) and land surveying services.

CEI is hiring a COTA to provide post-award onsite construction contract administration and inspection support services for transportation related construction projects. The primary requirement is to provide staff at assigned project locations, (approximately 3 to 24 months) with a short winter shutdown. Most projects run from early spring to late fall/early winter. The CEI COTA will be responsible for daily management of its staff and the staff of its subcontractors.

Job Requirements

Resident Engineer- Arizona P.E. Registration

Other requirements Resident Engineer experience to include:

* Prefer experience with ADOT or other Arizona public works
* Supervisory Experience
* Arizona P.E. Registration or other state PE
* Industry standard certifications are desirable, with emphasis on ACI, ATTI and/or NICET certifications.
* Projects can be local to Phoenix valley, across the state of Arizona or our Federal Highway work in 15 states near National Parks.
