Job Description

Occupational Health Coordinator

Position Requirements:

* Current LPN License
* Minimum of two years experience in clinical patient care is required.
* 2 - 3 years experience as a LPN.
* Experience with employee occupational health and workers compensation management preferred.
* Must have a current BLS certification prior to hire date with ARC or AHA. ACLS certification is preferred.

Position Responsibilities:

* Manage the Employee Health of to include coordinate new hire and annual screenings, vaccination programs, coordination of the Drug Screening Program and compliance with recommending and regulatory agency guidelines for employee health services.
* Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of medical conditions, work related injuries, Vaccine preventable diseases, conditions and the related terminology.
* Must demonstrate good communication skills; effective time management; and excellent organizational skills. Proficient in MicroSoft Office and Google Suite.
* To manage and maintain the duties, functioning, and compliance of SRMC Employee Health and Workers Compensation Programs for all employees, Volunteer and Contract Service employees.
* This position will be assisting with HR/ Education projects and operations.
