Description:
- Everything Timecard and payroll related for internal employees in the US and Canada
- Individuals are given a "district" to handle within Kiewit, may be in the US or Canada
- Review timecard for customers, making sure timecards is entered accurately
- Confirm high hours and make sure those are accurate
- Handle everything time, PTO, sick leave
- Per-diems, add and remove them, maintain them
- Lots of troubleshooting, helping individuals enter their time (internal employees)
- Pre-payroll and post-payroll audits - review everything that went through payroll and looks for red flags
- Uses SAP - 90% of the work is done within SAP - also use ServiceNow

- Attention to detail as they are handling people's pay
- Strong customer service skills
- Passionate to dig into issues
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Wants someone who wants to grow with the team and company
- College Degree in business or related field preferred.
- Previous SAP experience preferred.
- Prior work experience in a shared services environment preferred.
+ Experience in high volume work environment/ metrics
+ Sharp candidates who are interested in a long term career, tons of advancement opportunities
+ Banking background usually works well/ or any transactional role
+ Previous work in an office setting
+ Needs to take ownership - will "own" their own district/ work load
