* Communicate and promote departmental goals.
* Train new and existing associates to keep them up to date on new products, policies, and procedures.

* Assign work orders to be completed daily.
* Prepare requisitions and make arrangements as required to assure availability of all needed materials, parts, supplies, tools and equipment for each in-process job or project assigned.

This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Lebanon team and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Required experience:

* High School Diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 5-7 years of experience leading a team
* 5-7 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
