* Develop or enhance all inventory process controls.
* Handle cycle counts and full count inventories, coordinating all physical inventory activities.
* Reconcile supplier invoice pricing with approved price list.
* Prepare daily material work orders for job costing.
* Collaborate with Operations and Finance to implement and foster a strong inventory control environment.
* Assist with accounts receivable collection.
* Assist with month-end close tasks
* Handle fleet management, verification and reconciliation of monthly fuel charges.
* Handle facilities maintenance.
* Other tasks and special projects, as needed.
