Job Description: As a Caregiver/Personal Care Aide, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients. You will assist with daily living activities, including but not limited to:
  • Personal Care: Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
  • Companionship: Providing conversation, emotional support, and engaging in activities that enrich the client's life.
  • Meal Preparation: Preparing meals according to dietary needs and assisting with feeding if necessary.
  • Light Housekeeping: Assisting with laundry, cleaning, and other household tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Medication Reminders: Ensuring clients take their medications as prescribed.
  • Transportation: Assisting with errands, appointments, and outings as needed.

Requirements:
  • Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong desire to help others.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the company.
  • Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks related to caregiving.
