We're seeking a team member for the role of Associate, Shareholder Client Service Representative to join our Client Services Team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

* Working within the Retail Services department, you will answer inbound calls in support of Retail Direct shareholders.  
* Assisting with processing financial transactions, providing account information, and responding to client inquiries daily of varying complexity.  
* Providing advanced technical assistance for shareholders' online accounts.  
* On a case-by-case basis, reviewing shareholder accounts for any errors, general issues, and escalating matters through appropriate channels, when issues cannot be resolved at the initial point of contact.  
* Tracking the progress of the matters that you escalate to ensure proper follow up and closure of these issues.  
* Providing guidance to junior members of the staff. 

 

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 

* High school or secondary school degree required.  
* BA/BS degree or a minimum of two-year customer service experience preferred.  
* Proficiency with navigation/use of multiple computer applications simultaneously needed.  
* You will be required to obtain your SIE, Series 6 and 63 FINRA licenses within 1 - 2 years of when you are hired.
