Accounts Payable Intern

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with major in accounting, finance or related business field of study.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

* Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access.
* Must be able to work onsite at the Bismarck, ND corporate office.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorships considered.
* Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The internship will provide the opportunity to assist in the following areas:

* Voucher AP invoices.
* Review AP payments.
* Prepare and file unclaimed property.
* Locate and recover unclaimed property.
* Prepare and mail due diligence letters.
* Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.

The internship, located on our corporate campus in Bismarck, ND, will start in May 2024. The exact beginning and ending dates are negotiable. Hours may vary from 20-30 hours per week dependent on business need and college schedule during the school year. Up to 40 hours may be available during summer and school breaks.

Hourly Wage: $17.00 - $19.00
