Customer Compliance Associate

Under the direction of the Customer Compliance Supervisor, the Customer Compliance Associate supports regulatory compliance by monitoring customer licensing issues, collecting data, and ensuring efficient and accurate communication with stakeholders.
The Customer Compliance Associates positions are integral to supporting management functions and monitoring customers' licensing issues. The ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Regularly monitor the team's email inbox to identify and prioritize communications related to customer licensing issues.
Escalate or respond to inquiries based on urgency and impact.
Review and extract pertinent information from customer emails regarding licensing concerns.
Generate and update internal compliance-related documents.
Ensure all communications are professional, clear, and aligned with company policies.
Provide weekly status updates detailing completed tasks, outstanding issues, and overall progress.
Maintain organized and reliable records to ensure compliance standards are upheld.
Meet established deadlines and maintain adherence to the team's performance standards.
Efficiently respond to inquiries or escalate unresolved issues to appropriate stakeholders.
Ensure established metrics in areas of responsibilities/tasks are consistently met.
Handle various types of inquiries (phone, email, etc.)
Handle a high volume of licenses and/or registrations, inquiries, and internal and external communications related to licensure and/or accreditation in a timely and customer-centric manner with consideration for the company's efficiency and productivity guidelines.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with both internal and external sources.
Take the extra mile to engage both internal and external sources.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Associate's Degree (preferred) or equivalent industry experience and proven track record in job-related tasks.
Minimum of 0-1 years of related industry experience with exposure to data entry, analysts, or administrative support roles is a plus. Familiarity with licensing processes or customer support functions is advantageous.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Preferred not required)
Data analyst certification

Reading comprehension – understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents. Ability to comprehend basic principles, theories and laws, policies, and procedures that pertain to wholesale drug distribution.
Critical thinking - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Ability to pay attention to details.
Technical- proficient on keyboard and operating a computer terminal with multiple software systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Communication - ability to communicate both verbally and in written format professionally.
Dependability - exhibit punctuality and low absenteeism.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding SLA and established metrics for the assigned tasks.
