Primary Role

* Infraction and complaint analysis
* Customer Assistance Program education and conservation analysis
* Collaborate with Customers & Employees to define and drive change
* Gather feedback & insights from customers
* Responsible for data & metrics tracking
* Engage with multi-faceted teams to research new ways of doing business
* Gain firsthand experience in how water utilities support communities and ensure sustainability.
* Collaborate with professionals to provide administrative, analytical, and technical support for daily operations.
* Conducts research, gathers information, and assists in creating presentations as required

Skills and Qualifications

* Detail-Oriented: Conduct thorough analyses and evaluations, and implement timely decisions and recommendations.
* Independent Worker: Manage time across multiple projects and deadlines.
* Collaborative: Seek input and coordinate with staff.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Technical Proficiency: Good working knowledge of computer programs, databases, and software.
* Organizational Skills: Demonstrated organizational and administrative abilities.
* Analytical Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience/Education

* Enrollment in an Engineering, Environmental, Science, or Business undergraduate degree program or a relevant program from an accredited school.
* Minimum of 2 years of completed coursework.

Other

* Valid Driver's License required at time of hire and ability to pass a motor vehicle background check.
