Health Advocates Network is hiring a **DME Data Entry/Inbound Specialist ** with at least **2 years of recent experience** This is a full-time contract position in a local office supporting a DME company located in **Coral Springs, FL.**

+ **Pay Rate: $19.00/hour**

+ **Shift: Days**

+ **Start Date: ASAP**

+ **Contract Length: 15 weeks (temp to perm)**

**Responsibilities: ** Must be able to perform advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative, data entry, and document chasing to complete progress notes. Excellent verbal communication skills, reliability, Microsoft office skills, and data entry experience are a must.

+ PC proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Suites.

+ Various database experience is preferred.

+ Requires strong attention to detail, task-oriented, strong organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Be able to multi-task, self-manage & prioritize the task at hand.

+ Be a self-starter with little supervision

**Qualification and Requirements:**

+ High School graduate or GED.

+ Two (2) years of experience in one of the following:

+ Document Progress Notes

+ Data Entry

+ Healthcare environment.

+ Ability to talk to providers and patients

+ Brightree experience a plus
