We are looking for a Maintenance Technician, who specializes in HVAC and Refrigeration to join our Engineering team at Spruce Peak As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral team member that creates authentic experiences for our guests. Primary responsibilities include preventative maintenance and performing repairs on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and other mechanical equipment. This individual will also be responsible for troubleshooting all areas of maintenance in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and front-of-house areas, as well as back-of-house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. A qualified applicant is a "people person" who is flexible with their schedule, loves to troubleshoot, and knows a thing or two about safety, facility repairs, and maintenance.

* A minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience or equivalent trade school training is preferred.
* A strong working knowledge of all major building systems, including life-safety systems, is required for this position
* Must have experience with basic diagnostic devices and training in general mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and carpentry. Should also have the ability to troubleshoot these principles.
* Excellent communication skills are required.
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Flexible schedule to include mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
