Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage all verification and validation work at the project level, ensuring internal and customer requirements and project timelines are met.
* Determine and assign required V&V resources including personnel, test equipment, test environments, samples, and internal/external tests to fulfill test strategy.
* Develop and maintain DVPs, V&V status reports, test strategies, test objectives, and release notes in accordance with given standards and product maturity levels.
* Apply expertise in test methods, test specifications, and equipment to support team with planning and performing functional and durability tests on physical test rigs and HILs.
* Contribute to the exchange of development related information with internal/external development partners (system, ME, EE, SW), equipment providers (test rigs, test environments) and customers.
* Approve V&V test reports and support evaluation and resolution of defects, concerns and change requests.
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or closely related degree.
* 5+ years of experience in a test lab environment with demonstrated expertise with V&V processes, methods and tools.
* Expertise with systems testing with mechanical, electrical and software elements.
* Knowledge in automotive systems and components.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of chassis systems and components, specifically steering or suspension.
* ISTQB Certified Test Manager
