JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Invoice Processing - Receive and review invoices for accuracy and completeness. Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
* Enter invoices into QuickBooks accurately and in a timely manner.
* Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies, payment status, and other inquiries.
* Prepare and process payments by check or electronic transfer.
* Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Prior experience in accounts payable.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
* Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
SCHEDULE:
* Monday through Friday - 9am-5:30pm
* Onsite
COMPENSATION:
Contract to hire - $50-55K
