Under the general direction of the Community Resource Center (CRC) Supervisor, the Community Resource Center Logistics Coordinator is responsible for working directly with the CRC Management Team to assist in a wide range of facility support requests, building and equipment issues, facilitating and supporting center daily activities. The CRC Logistics Coordinator will be a proactive team player who is also able to work independently, build rapport with diverse IEHP members, the general community and local partner agencies. The CRC Logistics Coordinator will be proactive and responsive to Members' needs in a friendly and professional manner.

Education & Experience

* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Secure Electric Pallet Jack certification within one (1) month of employment.
* Two (2) years of experience in any/all of the following:


* Building systems (HVAC, Lighting controls, electrical power systems)
* Equipment (copiers, fax, general office equipment)
* Warehouse setting
* Electric Pallet Jack
* Cleaning/janitorial practices
* Building operation repairs
* Customer service

Key Qualifications

* Must have a valid California Driver's license and valid automobile insurance. Must qualify and maintain driving record to drive company vehicles based on IEHP insurance standards of no more than three (3) points.
* Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools.
* Ability to drive a box truck and operate a lift gate.
* Computer skills, including typing, data entry, and managing email.
* Maintaining security and safety systems.
* Strong communication, time management, organization, and interpersonal skills.
* Professional skills, including but not limited to balancing multiple projects, constant learning, observing ethical and legal rules, and practicing respect and courtesy.
