We are seeking a Wheel Technician with experience in troubleshooting and repairing various types of wheels. Our Wheel Repair Technicians specialize in addressing cosmetic damages such as curb and road rash, peeling, scrapes, gouges, oxidation, and bent wheels. Responsibilities include painting surfaces, inspecting wheels, preparing, and buffing defects, color mixing, and finishing. Additionally, the Wheel Technician will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance checks, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and providing technical assistance to fellow team members.
_Compensation for this position is based upon production/sales. The wage ranges are not guaranteed and are estimates based on expected production/sales. The minimum for this position is Arizona state minimum wage._
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
+ Experience in repairing damaged wheels
+ Familiarity with operating CNC machine
+ Knowledge of spraying liquid and/or powder coat wheels is desirable.
+ Willingness to undergo training for the above skills is essential.
+ Ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
