* 1:10 call schedule, every 10th weekend, every 10th holiday

* Dedicated office staff and APP outpatient & inpatient support
* Practiced owned Endoscopy Center with 5 Endo Suites (Hospital Endoscopy facility has 7 Endo Suites)
* Typical Schedule: M-F, 3 days ½ day Lab in AM & ½ day clinic in PM, 2 full days Lab
