Responsibilities

The role of the Patient Access Supervisor is to exemplify excellent customer skills at all times. The Patient Access Supervisor position will assist in greeting, directing and maintaining the flow of patients as they present to the Guest Service and other Patient Access areas of the Facility. The Patient Access Supervisor ensures prompt and courteous service to both external and internal customers. The position will also be a resource person to the Patient Registration staff, assist in working various reports, such as time and attendance, denials, and various work queue reports. Will assist with all other Patient Access responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

* One year in hospital registration or central business office

Desired:

* Three years in hospital registration or central business office
* High School Diploma or GED
