The barista will prepare beverages in accordance with menu standards and provide a welcoming and clean environment for guests.

* Serving guests in Outlet.
* Answering guest questions about menu items.
* Brewing gourmet coffee and other specialty beverages.
* Up-selling and suggestive selling of items.
* Accurately processing transactions and maintaining a balanced bank.
* Tidying areas within & surrounding guest facing areas
* Package catering orders placed online
* Perform cashier duties
* All other duties as assigned by leadership
* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
* Refined verbal communication skills
* Ability to stand for long periods of time
* Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
